He's played 20 odd first team games, give him a chance. Perhaps look at Hayden, who's played 200 + games yet failed to do his job.

I thought it was a good goal, used the defender to shield the ball from Walsh' line of sight. I wish some on here would stop slagging off the youngsters, we need them to succeed so we can sell them.

As for Nardi. Bloke couldn't catch a cold, and got found out big time last season.

Kone and Kolli have to hold the ball better, both gave it away needlessly.

I only switched on due to the rugby ending.

I don't know what's worse. Being a QPR or Wales rugby fan. The fact I'm watching Wales probably shows who I think has more chance today.

Jeepers, the CM. A big fat zero creativity.

I want add, this isn't me digging Morgan or Hayden out, nor having a pop at JS. We know who is to blame for this lineup.

3-0 Leicester, so I'm gonna watch the rugby. Wales might even win!

£5m for Varane to St Etienne? Forget that, they're 5 points clear and going to be promoted to the top French league.

It's just Groundhog Day supporting this club. 'Meh'.

WE WANT NOURRY OUT SAID WE WANT NOURRY OUT
at 18:39 12 Mar 2026

And this to me is the real problem.

Put aside Nourry and Williams, you have an owner who has stated his kids won't let him sell as they are fans. He wants his money back (£2m a month) and ain't gonna budge.
This all smacks of a little Sheffield Wednesday vibe.

Forget Nourry out and all of the rest of the noise, they're just symptoms. If people on here really want their club to succeed then the owner has to go.
We could face a complete financial armagedon, but nothing is going to change unless the top man is forced out.

Anyone on here brave enough to risk that? If not, then, well that's that.

Nourry is going to be the least of the problems. I think I posted a few months back that the club has gone all in on this new way of doing things.
If they get rid of Nouryy what do they do? Do they dismantle the entire legion of backroom staff? That's going to cost a bomb, they won't walk that's for sure.
Do they parachute in a new DoF? A new CEO? Will they change everything again?
Do they bin JS off?
We've suddenly got, it appears, a lot of unhappy players. Their value is dropping.

This is going to cost an absolute fortune to do. I don't know what the fix is, but I'm not sure the club can afford to sack Nourry or any of his mates. It'll be JS, and we start it all again.

WLS - Edwards might be moved into QPR’s midfield
at 18:14 11 Mar 2026

That is the other plain weird thing about this season. I'm lost as to what we are trying to do in terms of recruitment supporting this so called possession based football.

The Coventry player we signed, but never seen, is in the same mold as Burrell, but neither of these two are really suited to play a possession based game. They are knock it over the top and run types.
We don't sign any CMs that can pass to give Madsen a break. But do sign Hayden, who is limited.

Personally I think they wrote this season off last month and told JS to play the kids.
I'm all for giving the kids minutes, but it's almost like it's being done to make a point. Throw them all on.

Next season I intend to buy a half season ticket, as over the past four seasons we fail to turn up for half the games. Just got to decide which half.

Agree on the Madsen point, it's killed this team, and we all knew it would.

The Sam Field thing is a distraction as the issue that we have is that no one now can pass in CM. If you can't keep the ball, then you've got a major fckin problem. How many times did Varane and Hayden pass the ball straight out? Sam Field wouldn't address this.

Scandalous as this was always going to happen. I can't believe that more people are not angry about the summer transfer cock up, rather than moaning about Field.

I'm not convinced by Morgan. I do feel he should have had more minutes earlier in the season when things were going well rather than thrown to the wolves now, though.

The owner won't do that. I'm sure he said he could never sell QPR as his kids are fans.

That's what this club is; a hobby. Something to keep the kids happy while they're young.
There is no desire from the top to win and that trickles down, it infects the staff, players and I'd even say the fan base.

Does the owner, staff and fans really believe that winning is everything?
Probably not, so you get mediocrity, if lucky.

Damning stuff. Varane, Hayden and Morgan basically being deemed not good enough by the head coach. Now having to play a CB in CM, joke.

This is JS saying to Nourry that the midfield he has put together is dog shyte. A lot of people on here were warning if Madsen got injured this team would collapse. Surprise, surprise.

I still can't believe Nourry thought a midfield of Varane, Madsen, Morgan and Tuck was going to be able to compete in the Championship.

Pretty certain I said back before the transfer window shut in September that we would finish 16th if we didn't sign 2 more midfielders. Top 10 if we did.
We didn't, spent money on Saito, and we're 16th.

This is why I don't have an issue with JS as he was hamstrung before a ball was kicked.

Change the manager, nothing changes.

We put another new coach in, then what? Same issue with injuries again next season, just like this and last.

I'm going to defend JS.

Did you see the bench today? There is nothing to change the game with.
As for the style of football. That is on Noury and not on JS, for two reasons. Firstly, Ben Wiliams which has been discussed on other threads. If you can't put your best players out then your stuffed.
Secondly, with that CM (put together by Noury) is a joke. This all goes back to the summer. Undercooked and unconditioned players and money wasted on Saito rather than buying a central midfield that can pass a ball.

If I was JS I'd walk. And tell them to fck off as I turned the light off.
