4000/1 to get promoted though !!! |

It's possible Connell, they don't get promoted again. Would have been even better, if we had started the slide again for them with another 4 nil win, which looked possible when we went 2 nil up in our recent match with them... |

Well i worked it out , nerd that I am !!! 7 wins gets us to 66 points. All with 7 games to go currently, 5th has 59 points 6th, 7th, 8th have 57 points. So all three clubs from (6th to 8th), will have to get 8 points or less from remaining 7 fixtures all. So it is mathematically possible in some alternate universe. Checked our odds currently best price 4000 to 1. |

So this dirty dozen of people all employed in some kind of performance monitoring, prevention and evaluation role, so all could have zero injury issues. Let's save twelve full time employees' salaries, as injury issues were so much more improved, when these clowns weren't stealing a living. Appreciate all clubs do this now, and it is seen as important, but perhaps the analysts impact requires analysis itself. [Post edited 30 Mar 22:50]

It seems to happen a lot Bosh and as you say been happening since Holloways times. Great runs of results followed by lengthy periods of absolute dross. This season bottom after 16 games only one win, then for next 16 games, our record is 2nd or 3rd in the league again and again now we are performing like total duffers. I wonder how many other clubs can be so extreme in such short periods of time We certainly the experts on this - though as you say. Maddening !! |
 | Forum Reply | 2-3 wins at 10:19 30 Mar 2025
Think you being the drama queen sire. 4 points probably safe. 5 points definitely safe. 8 points is not required, as you are suggesting. You are saying Derby will get 14 points from 8 games and all the rest below us will need 11 points from 7 games etc.. Considering a lot of teams are also playing each other in the run in, that's not required. And as they will drop points against each other, would mean they need get points of clubs vying for promotion and the playoffs. 8 points not happening for avoiding relegation. Definitely a panicked belief by yourself to suggest we need 8 points !! [Post edited 30 Mar 10:23]

Adhered to apparently, so why in last few seasons have we experienced the worst injury records in our history. Probably about half a squad out at the moment and still Morrison and Lloyd are limited to cameos and players pick up injuries between games not during games. Now we hear these are important so that players do not pick up.further injuries, so why are they MILLION times.worse.than most periods in our.HISTORY. I am all for new ideas and options, if they work but this seems to be total BS. It's not working in anyways. Worst injury records iny memories. Appreciate the boss is in DUBAI, but we have a few.employees in UK actively employed helping in these roles. When I am assessed in my jobs, if the results are.awful, either the processes are looked at, ie the way of doing things is WRONG, or I am wrong, ie not up to the job and LET GO. Anyone on here that actually believes In this process The STATS are saying OTHERWISE. |

i started the thread and its the first time criticised the manager as to the starting line up. But personally, Marti is absolutely not the problem, I think he has proven to be far and away our best manager in recent times, and i would keep him for as long as we can. Today, the starting eleven was only ever going to be defeated, and I feel, we could have got something if he had started with Morrison, Lloyd and Yang instead of Fox, Dembele and Anderson. I trust him to get it right against Cardiff, which is now a MASSIVE game. Three points is a MUST. |

Not heard anything about Marti leaving at the end of the season Does someone known something most of us don't or is there a prediction he will be let go. It's first time I personally have really thought his choices today were poor... But he is decent and i think most want Marti here, surely ?? [Post edited 29 Mar 18:18]

The starting line up was never ever going to work. Having a centre forward, even one as limited as Lloyd would make a difference. Starting Dembele through the middle and with keeping Anderson helping Paal. Doomed to fail. I think today also showed Morrison must start also. And Yang too, given current availabilities. Another infuriating game when the plan is in place when we are out of the game. Yes we have bad injuries, but we still could be competitive, it's only Stoke, but we were set up to lose the game. This is on the manager today, am sad to say. [Post edited 29 Mar 17:02]

It's terrible today But got to say how often are our players picking up injuries between games With a whole team of dieticians, physios, stats men and people.who supposedly know the way to peak fitness, every season we not only have half a squad out but it's often between games, they pick up their injuries. Today is first time I am not impressed by Marti also. [Post edited 29 Mar 16:18]

Hairdryer treatment required at half time For all the boys and girls that are at the game FFS show some pride and put in some effort at least. Most of the starting eleven look like they planning their multitude of expensive sunshine breaks in the summer. For the amount of money paid to players such as these at times the lack of any credible effort is criminal. [Post edited 29 Mar 16:02]

It could be another game where we only start playing when we are two nil down Lloyd clearly should have been on from the start For me bring on Lloyd, Yang and Bennie for Anderson Dembele and Morgan. Give Bennie some time on the pitch. Apparently performed well and captain of Australia's under 20s triumph in Oceania Cup recently. We.going to lose anyhow with what's on the pitch as the attack has no balance, clues or ideas at all and the defending is shocking. [Post edited 29 Mar 15:58]

And there are many on here that would sell Kelman rather than have him play here when he is back.as he is not championship standard At the moment we have a punchers chance of being in league one next season anyhow on current form |

I.xont normally pick out players but today so far, it's really straightforward getting past Paal on the flanks. He is much better going forwards. Sometimes I wonder what is his true position. [Post edited 29 Mar 15:29]

Indeed !! One rather large gnetleman who sat behind me one season, was always screaming at Eze to work for the team and stop being such a f*t lazy b*stard !! As someone on here said few days quoting the late great Roy Walker on Catchphrase - "Say what you see" |

Wasn't joking He was actually on the One Show. They had Kolli and Chair and showing how the club were accommodating around these guys refuelling during Ramadan. Think the manager has been key to the group bonding better but we have had some truly awful characters in some of our squads for many years. You are right. Half the battle is liking the people you are going into battle with.More chance of success |

Woke agenda Blimey I was in disagreement with you that a girlfriend of Joey Barton didn't deserve s kick in the head. Hardly woke agenda I have said the odd strange thing i admit and sometimes upset some but I do try to readdress it if I have been out of line for whatever reason. You just attack anyone and have massive belief that you are always correct and right in all that you do and how you react on here. It's generally good to be decent to folk when you can and more people tend to like us, when we open to all sorts of decent people It's very hard to understand yourself,as you seem to have hatred for many on here, who simply state their opinions and you start throwing random abuse. Just to remind you Stainrod this is a site where I would say we all have differing opinions and that's all good but you can never see this, you just start attacking people with all sorts of nastiness. I am amazed to be honest you have not been banned You have zero regard for others on here and we all have the same interest in our team. We are together. But the vitriol you fire at all random on here, is pretty awful really. I won't bite at all because you get off weirdly on this here. It doesn't really need to be said but you must try to remember all these people you randomly attack, are fellow Rangers fans. I am not one to resort to name calling but this anger of yours is awfully misdirected. Maybe look a bit closer to home !! Anyhow i had a pleasant evening myself. Good luck to you if you can consider a little at how you are portraying yourself then one day you might not need these angry rants and attacks, just because others don't abide to your ways of thinking It's a lot easier to be grateful than hateful !!!!!
