According to French Media it looks like we have got one of our main attacking options. French youth international from Metz

RIP: Sniffer, Doug and Pat

As a prem club, Burnley may not have played him that often and Wolves have already bought our other target who also plays right-wing.

Where as we have no right winger and needed one to replace Matt Phillips who played most games last season. No doubt JFH told him this and he did the research himself and worked out Jimmy was right.

Also London is better for foreigner than any other place in the UK. He should settle in okay.
Good signing. We only need a Centre forward now.

Agreed it appears he's rejected a larger wage to come to the Rs, that's a great bit of selling by Les and Jimmy.

We've obviously set some sort of wage structure courtesy of Mr Lee Hoos esq, which means we will miss out on some players but the ones who do agree a deal will be giving 100% because they have decided we are the next step in their career progression, hopefully......

That Lee Hoos chap knows his onions, whatever that means, we've now signed five players at the right age who all want to make progress with our club, shit it's a transfer policy of real substance, can somebody go and tell that crook Redcrap it's not all about signing big names.

Ps.....WLS reporting the transfer fee was 1.5 million, if true that sounds a smart deal as first reports were at 2.5.

Maybe they offered him a £1m as a signing on fee. This would make more sense as footballers are only interested in money.

Maybe but somehow I think with Lee Hoos as financial controller the days of paying mahoosive sign-ons are a thing of the past.

Maybe we did give him a small sign on fee but I think that the sales pitch of regular football, an incentivised contract which is performance related plus Les and Jimmy selling the club may have been enough.

It's all conjecture but whichever way you read it the deal sounds smart from a football and financial perspective.......

Perhaps he weighed up the pros & cons of living in London, Burnley or Wolverhampton....

Thought he was poor today, didn't run around at all. For a brief cameo appearance I'd have expected more.

Didn't even come out for the second half

I trust our new recruit enjoyed watching that. He could be the last piece of the jigsaw in a good season (for a change).

Looking forward to seeing this guy get started, is he ready to throw in against Swndon do we know?

As an aside, I saw the man he theoretically replaces Matt Phillips on Saturday night turning out for WBA away to Mallorca over here. He was predictably quiet and ineffective as Mallorca won 1-0.
