Well McG, took him around the country sitting on the bench for couple seasons and finally released him. Would be ironic if Tractorboys sign him,if contracted, for big fee with McG now on the coaching staff ! Wonder how many centre half’s available are being dubbed the new John Stones ?

Not sure "the next John Stones" is actually a complement? Prone to mistakes pretty often.

Charlton Athletic are open to offers for Jojo Wollacott this summer. The 26-year-old keeper lost his number one spot to Ashley Maynard-Brewer in the second half of the 2022-23 campaign. Wollacott wants to play regular football to help retain his place in Ghana’s international squad. The Addicks would be perfectly happy to retain the former Swindon Town man but equally will listen to any acceptable approaches. The 26-year-old signed from Swindon at the start of July — following then boss Ben Garner to SE7.
How did he perform for Doncaster when he played again st us? Apart from his bank account this should be a salatury lesson to youngsters because I submit he would have been far more advanced in his career if he had remained with us.

Burnsie, Todd Miller looked out of his depth when we played at Donny Rovers.
Don't think he would want to return to us anyway.
I totally agree with you though, his career has stalled massively which is such a shame for a young player.
Fixtures out Thursday Up the U's

"It's such an important signing for us. He's a player we've come across over the last three or four years, and he's always been a striker I've admired," boss Ian Dawes told the club website.
"He's an all-rounder - he can hold the ball up, he competes well, works hard and scores a variety of goals."

Just as long as Tranmere have plenty of red meat for Chuck.
Scores goals at this level so a decent signing for them.

Salford allegedly in pole position to sign Ashley for £150k. Would have thought he could do better than them but guess ultimately it is his bank balance which will decide him. Wonder if our lack of activity due to several of our players likely to be attractive to other clubs and we therefore waiting to see who goes and how much we will have to spend.
