I'd expect even Russy to make a fist of a league with only four meaningful games in it every season. They might win a cup or two. Maybe even a league title. Doesn't mean much at the end of the day given the financial disparity between the Old Firm and the rest of the SPL.
He's probably hoping for a couple of years up there rehabilitating his image in the hope that a gullible Premier League or more likely Championship club will fall for his nonsense again. He'll basically screw whatever limited credibility he does have if he comes third in a two horse race, which we probably shouldn't rule out. He's managed fourth in a three horse race before now.
