I really can’t see how we can be confident of keeping him
He is stunning

Vigouroux is contracted until the summer of 2028 so he is going nowhere, unless we went up and we would need to upgrade. Personally I feel he has to many flaws to be a Premier League keeper, one of the of the reasons I feel he is going nowhere. |  | | |

First it’s good to have a respectful discussion
I agree he has flaws especially regarding staying on his line too much
His distribution is often terrible
However his shot saving is often astounding
He has saved us giving away points by dumarse defending , like when our full backs go missing
The fact he’s under contract until then means nothing as a “ bigger” club will overcome that

Matos has had one transfer window and that just 4 weeks after he came in.
To be looking at anyhting more than upper mid table I’m seeing next season as the next step. |  |

He's been here since 24th of November, things have improved despite the fact that we have a number of inexperienced players and Matos is also inexperienced in the Championship. His focus seems to be keep improving, he's making good progress. |  |

Bigger players like Joe Allen, Leon Britton or Nathan Dyer? How many big lumps did that team have in it? Although I guess most players look small on telly.
The most important requirement is that they can play football, preferably at a higher tempo than Stamenic has managed so far. |  |
