BURNLEY 0 CHELSEA 3
Chelsea have won six of their seven away Premier League matches against Burnley, winning each of their past four in a row. A good 3 got this spot-on, and a further 22 had the outcome.
LIVERPOOL 2 WEST HAM 1
Substitute Diogo Jota with an 85th minute winner scored for the third straight game as Liverpool came from behind to win and go top of the Premier League table. Only Aston Villa in 1897-98 (17) have conceded more goals in their first seven league matches as reigning top-flight champions than Liverpool this season (15). The Reds took 23 games to concede 15 Premier League goals last season. A magnificent 7 had this spot-on, and another 18 got the outcome.
BOURNEMOUTH 1 DERBY 1
Rodrigo Riquelme's first Bournemouth goal kept the Football League's last unbeaten record alive as the Cherries rescued a late point. Well done to Lewis_1 for being the only one to get this spot-on, and nobody had the outcome. 25 predicted a win for Bournemouth.
MILLWALL 0 HUDDERSFIELD 3
Millwall lost their unbeaten home record as two late goals wrapped up a deserved win for Huddersfield. Nobody had this spot-on, and only 2 got the outcome. 22 predicted a win for Millwall.
SWANSEA 2 BLACKBURN 0
Swansea showed a clinical touch to earn a win that moves them to second in the Championship. 3 got this spot-on, and a further 15 had the outcome.
BURTON 1 BLACKPOOL 2
Former Swindon striker Jerry Yates scored his first goals for Blackpool to secure victory at struggling Burton. 3 had this spot-on, and another 7 got the outcome.
MK DONS 1 AFC WIMBLEDON 1
AFC Wimbledon drew with their bitter rivals in their final League One outing before taking to the pitch at their new Plough Lane stadium on Tuesday. A good 5 got this spot-on, and 3 more had the outcome.
SWINDON 2 HULL 1
Paul Caddis and Joel Grant were on target as Swindon came from behind to end their four-match losing streak in League One. Again 3 had this spot-on, and 3 also got the outcome. 17 predicted a win for Hull.
BARROW 1 BRADFORD CITY 0
Connor Brown scored his first goal for a year as Barrow beat 10-man Bradford City. 4 got this spot-on, and a further 7 had the outcome.
TRANMERE 0 MORECAMBE 1
Adam Phillips' penalty gave Morecambe victory in what proved to be Mike Jackson's final game in charge of Tranmere. Should have given the job to JM. Again 3 had this spot-on, and 2 more got the outcome. 20 predicted a win for Tranmere with 13 going for a 2-1 in what was the weeks most predicted score.
With the latest four week Lockdown being announced today football was at risk of being suspended again, but the good news is the Premier League and EFL will continue to be played behind closed doors.
With it being Halloween today it is only right we should have some shock results, and with Bournemouth, Millwall, Hull and Tranmere all failing to win, we got some. Liverpool tricked us into thinking they would join the list, but their late winner gave most members a treat instead. Despite these surprise results there was only one game that failed to produce a 3 pointer, and thanks mainly to the two Premier League good things, it was a reasonable week overall with 32 spot-ons. Just one member did well to get 3 spot-ons, that was gerry_us, who doubled his 3 pointer total for the season with the 1-0 wins for Barrow and Morecambe and the MK Dons 1-1, to give him an excellent 11 points. Not quite enough to be the weeks top scorer though, as that honour went to Blue4U2 who came out best of those who had 2 spot-ons, with the wins for Swansea and Swindon, and an impressive 6 outcomes to give him a brilliant 12 points. Next best of the other nine to get 2 spot-ons, and the only other member to get double figures, was Lewis_1, who got the Liverpool 2-1 to go with his good Bournemouth 1-1 pick, on his way to getting an excellent 10 points. With just about a quarter of the season played the two divisions are the closest I have ever known, and it is brilliant that everybody is still in contention for honours.

In the Premier Two weeks ago we had top three all on the same number of points, and incredibly it has happened again this week. After a slow start to the season noah4x4 has gradually improved, and having the wins for Chelsea and Barrow spot-on, has put him in that familiar spot at the top. It is only on the first to post rule though as getting the Moecambe 1-0 spot-on was not quite enough for thrillseeker to remain top. Back up into the final Charity Shield spot, on the same number of points, is TheFatGooner thanks to getting the wins for Swansea and Morecambe spot-on. Only a point further back in fourth is Blue4U2 with his top scoring performance moving him up five places. Every season somebody has that stat of having less 3 pointers and more outcomes than anybody in their division. This season it is mfb_cufc, and he drops three places because of that, but still only 2 points off the top. Having the Liverpool 2-1 and the MK Dons 1-1 spot-on helped move sevebalo up a couple of places. Two spot-ons also for Daniel, the wins for Liverpool and Barrow, moved him up three places. The excellent week for gerry_us was not enough to get him out of the relegation spots, but he is now only 7 points from the top.
In Division One Having the 2-1 wins for the two Pools spot-on has increased the ghughes11 lead back to where it was after Week 5, a decent 8 points. A spot-on each for concordman, the Liverpool 2-1, and wesex_exile, the Chelsea 3-0, as they remain second and third. Two spot-ons for fourth placed unitedwhites, the wins for Liverpool and Barrow, moves him to within 3 points of an automatic spot. Just 3 outcomes for blueeagle, but he remains fifth. Going 2-1 all games was a good decision for burnsieespana, and he moves up four places, and into a play-off spot for the first time this season. Just a point further back in seventh is Lewis_1 with his excellent week taking him up six places. Just behind on the first to post rule is durham_exile as he moved up three places thanks to having the Blackpool 2-1 and the MK Dons 1-1 spot-on. Even though he drops five places oxfcolu is still only 2 points off the play-offs, and only 3 points separate 5th to 12th in what is a great contest for those play-off places. Another two spot-ons for GOSBTS, the Chelsea 3-0 and the MK Dons 1-1, continues his gradual improvement, and he is only 6 points from the play-offs now.

Week 9 Fixtures FA Cup First Round week, and we will keep those fixtures for the Happy Cup, so it is six games from the Premier and Championship.
