Harsh! Always liked Barry Conlon, not the best but gave it his all every time he played. Could do with some players like him right now! Billy Clarke

I had to go through my old programmes to find name and it is Tommy Keane Paul McGee is a brilliant shout - completely forgot about him. Didn't we get him from Wimbledon? [Post edited 17 Mar 2021 16:37]

St Patrick's Day on 17:37 - Mar 17 with 1234 views | bwildered | Wrong direction trillseeker . Paul McGee was signed by Jock Wallace, several clubs were tempted to sign him from Ireland , but U’s quickly got his signature. Only played few games, the winger was moved on to the crazy gang for about 100k profit almost instantly. Was not a regular at Wimbledon at Plough Lane in the first Division , but stayed for several seasons. Good call on Tommy Keane, alas a Roger Brown signing, remember the saying regards not how quick you are, it’s what you do with it , well it applies in this case !

Jock Wallace signed Paul McGee from Bohemians, and then after just 3 games for us he signed for Wimbledon, who were in the old First Division at the time, for £150,000.
