Here's some notes I took:
RC has a non disclosure agreement re takeover, so couldn't say much about that. He did say he'd had three offers for the club and the latest wasn't the highest bid, but is the one here feels offers the best future for the club. DC wants to try and sign more physical players RC priority is to sell to someone pro-academy. No guarantee DC & NC will keep jobs - RC will not ask for that. The budget is set for next season. It's flexible depending on who owner will be. No timeline for takeover, but RC hopes next home game is his last home game. Tim Folly didn't have the depth of finances, so RC pulled plug on deal. Brazilian offer was a good offer, but RC thought he could do better for the club. There are options on contracts that are due to end this summer. RC defended losing staff comparing it to losing good players. RC defended the programme going digital and claims it's a success. New club website and app coming in June. DC says Reid is a better player because of Payne mentoring him.

I'll add the following:
Lack of goals from corners, even though we have the quality to deliver set-pieces (Payne & Reid).
Only conceded 2 from corners, but conceded quite a few from wide set-pieces.
Tovide, although out of contract will still bring in a fee (not mentioned, so I'll add - 'unless he goes to Scotland').
Ben Perry back out on the grass and recovering well from his injury and will be like a new player for us next season.
Mbick is the best player they have ever worked with and that includes players that have gone on to be sold for 20 million pounds and/or score goals in the Prem.
Don't mind working with or without a Director of Football / Sporting Director, as they believe that everybody in the club should be able to multitask anyway, and the players are the best scouts for the club, as they play against these players week in, week out. Under 14 coach should be able to coach the first team if he is walking past - or something along those lines
Oh, and Robbie Cowling wants the Cowley brothers to manage West Ham in the Premier League! However, Danny wants Col U to do so well that no one wants to leave Col U ever!
Watched it more or less live last night. I struggled to hear some of the questions, but you could kind of figure them out by the answers. On ST prices, the policy is to reward loyalty not cut prices to attract new punters. I’m surprised the point wasn’t made that recent staff departures had all moved on to bigger and better things. Oh, and target this season is 69pts.
COLCHESTER Council says it “recognises the concern” about traffic congestion around the JobServe Community Stadium after the U’s boss said it has gotten worse.
Perhaps being a council owned ground it should also recognise the need for stand up areas and hand rails, A safety certificate issued on build might represent building regulations at the time, but requirements have been upgraded since .
