Suffice it to say, just back from Portugal and bought my daughter the new Sporting Lisbon top, which is rather splendid.

Would have got one myself, but had just spent 35 Euros on a bottle of Port.

I remember reading at the time that the West Germany shirt was very difficult and expensive to manufacture because of the three colour narrow stripe.
