I'd really love Morecambe to do it but I do like our trips there. I think anyone but Tranmere really, purely because their fans have a bit of the ridiculousness about them. Although they'll probably be the strongest of the four next season.

With a few games still to go there are any number of permutations, but there will be 7 teams fighting for a place in League Two, and they could be any 7 from Sutton, Torquay, Stockport, Hartlepool, Wrexham, Notts Chalky, Chesterfield, Bromley, Halifax and Eastleigh.
It's looking like it'll probably be Sutton coming up automatically, and in the playoffs I'd love it if Halifax could do it but their wheels have come off a bit. Anyone but Stockport. Let their fans suffer a bit more. Wrexham would be nice. |  | | |  |

I said we once played on a regular basis, not throuhoutour history. 7 times in 10 years seems regular to me. Not sure how many other teams we played more often during that 10 year period..
Lets hope whoever ends up as the board of directors this week and beyond have some ambition and dont feel constrained by our past.We are about to mark 100 years in the football league without ever having made the top two divisions. No one else can make such a claim though Exeter might join us in a few years. | | | |

The list is substantially larger if you go a little further away. Up to date it’s been the quality and commitment of our board that’s kept us where we are. Newport v Morecambe been very even overall propably had a half each.
The quality hasn't been great though. Expect the winner to be bottom of the league next year.

A bit harsh that - neither team looked great and both would struggle in League One with that football. But the ref was poor for somebody with so much experience. That game needed VAR
