I'm not sure I'm buying any of this as fact just yet, but initial thoughts are:

1) If he's so much as batted his eyelids at another club after signing his first ever contract just a wet week ago then that reflects very poorly on him, and

2) We would survive either way. Let's not beatify the lad.

Go on out of that with your perfectly reason posts!

This is why we need to be aiming for a new stadium to increase income and get out of this poxy league.

Until then the likes of Palace and Wolves will continue to take our best talent.

Beale looks an insincere prick if he goes though.

I was 100% with you and then you went and wrote your last unfathomable sentence. If Beale goes now, are you really standing by that?

As if the situation wasn't bad enough this has become like crashing into the sea with a babbling moron strapped in beside you.

We're a bit like a soap opera, the one that nobody watches because the script is so ridiculously bad and the actors are all almost dead.

My Father had a profound influence on me, he was a lunatic.

Just about to leave the house for Loftus Road. Never have I been so depressed going to a game before. I could handle it when we were really useless, u could shrug your shoulders and say meh.
But, i am convinced with Beale in charge we are going up.

As a child I would draw over any player in my Pannini sticker album who scored against us. If Beale leaves I'll be having to get the felt tips out again. That's how angry I'll be. 😠

I can picture those felt tips being squashed - ouch.

If you’re so convinced they got the last appointment wrong, why are you so seething that he’s leaving? Surely you should be delighted?

He's there tonight in the dug - out...so we may be jumping the gun a tad. Stay Mick...you know it makes sense.

Trying to suss his and team's body language to figure out if this is real or not. Can't work it out. Dare I say Mick seems...subdued? An air of resignation? Probably just reading too much into it...

Objectively for his career, given the way he has carefully built it over time, and how much he believes in himself, the sensible thing to do would be to stay and prove something out with QPR. I suppose the counter is you need to strike whilst the iron is hot, and he could just as easily use Wolves as a proving ground, with more resources and a bigger salary. I don't envy him the decision - it's not his fault he's attractive to other clubs.

I’m sorry but we employed him to do a job which he has done well so far

A club in a higher league are enquiring about his services. He’s been professional since he’s been here and done well

When was the last time a club poached our manager?

Will I be disappointed if he goes yeah of course he’s doing a good job but I bet half the people wetting the bed over this would be the first to be calling for him to be sacked if he lost the next 6 games

We seem to have moved forward as a club in the last 2-3 years so let’s hope the decent appointments made in that time continues
