The other concern has to be the qualifications of these post office investigators to have the skills and ability to collect, review and assess the material without prejudice.

In some countries the actual code developer can be charged by the police if the code they have written is proven to be at fault for causing an offence. Certainly in Poland they can.

"without prejudice" that is the important part for me because the very senior management had prejudice in this case. They wanted the innocent found guilty to protect themselves.

The issue I have here is why does it take a tv program to highlight corruption and criminality at its very worst. This vile event and the fact those guilty are still walking the streets epitomises how far our country has fallen when it comes to bringing the culprits to justice.
