I cannot believe how people gave Djenepo the benefit of the doubt for so long. (And that he was given a new contract!)
He couldn't cut it in the premier league and it doesn't look like he can cut it at this level either.
I don't think he is ever in full control of the football and that's a massive problem.
I wonder what level he would have to play in to be any good? | |

As a forward/attacking midfield player I thought he was poor and that only got worse as his confidence fell.
Start of season before last he had a few run outs as left back or wing back and I thought he did much better in that role.
Overall however I think he's just too lightweight for the PL/Champ. | | | |

It was obvious he was lightweight in that first friendly (against Koln was it?). How anyone could see £15m is beyond me.
He was at his best taking out opposition midfielders by getting tangled up with them. Was done so clumsily that he rarely got booked for it. Had it been a deliberate tactic, it would have been genius. | |
