Whilst I am not a fan of womens football, I want to see it prosper, but things like this actually put it back in it's development.
At the moment the womens game is having a bit of success and there are some big attendances at Man Utd & Arsenal, but overall most attendances are no better than most clubs in League Two.
If it is to prosper it has to attract a core support who will stick with it when it is not fashionable as it is now, otherwise it will just fade away
It has to grow naturally and not be forced down peoples throats
