I haven't said anything until this morning, waited for the dust to settle so to speak. Now I feel that Williams either needs to come out and make an apology, tell us he was wrong to say what he did and understands how it all sounded, that or quit and walk away or at least, go to Coleman and thrash out a severance package.
It all depends on what he really feels. If he isn't happy here, if he'd rather leave then get him out, unless he can go speak to Coleman and see what can be done to make him happy which I'd say might just be 3 or 4 decent players.
At this point an obvious question needs asking, who do we get to replace him?
People can prattle on about loyalty but any manager who ditches a club to come here will happily ditch us when a better offer comes.
People can prattle on about experience but when we gave Martinez and Rodgers the job, what experience did they have and look at what happened there.

This means no dumbarse full back goalkeeper goals kicks ,and Vigaroux not walking out and then stopping ,putting his foot on the ball then kicking out of play or to the opposition.
Then,a captain who .,when a free kick is given,passes it forwards
Then,when. Having a game,we actually get the ball forward quicker and get the ball into the box rather than stroke it around sideways .
End the crazy sight of Key and Tymon coming inside field onky to lose the ball .
Most important ,to end Grimes dropping back to centre half and realise we do not need everything to be sanctioned by him .
Ideally, inform Naughton ,Allen that they’re contract is to be terminated
We need to move heaven and earth to keep Darling and then make him captain ,as captaincy is what we are lacking

And all that is probably very conservative as it'll likely be more than a 10k a week pay rise and presumably it'll be another 3.5 year contract.
The issue for me is the way it has been handled by him and his comments. It makes me question whether he has the intelligence and leadership to do the job in the first place.

IF he gets that job,he starts on a downer as the fans would be very dubious of him as they can see how inept he has been with us. And he has.
Let nobody be fooled by this chap . No matter what “ some” say ,he has improved nobody much if at all and I am of the belief many players would welcome a new coach ,one who doesn’t insist on suicide footy
