I reckon he's innocent, they probably just saw him play and assumed he was trying to lose the game deliberately.

I always thought that West Brom game was fixed. Nobody could physically move that slowly unless they had cash on it.

They'll throw the book at him, it's his second offence; the first was impersonating a footballer.

RFA

"Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1."

He's been released on bail after his council successfully argued that he really couldn't hit a cow's backside with a banjo.

Never knowingly right.

I'm wondering who exactly he impressed while on trial with us?

I have just finished reading a book about his lawyer.

It was called The Pelican Brief.

Do we really think that Armel - who I remember being described (possibly by Norf) as having a footballing technique like your nan poking a ball away with a wine glass in hand - came in on trial from Carshalton and Waddock thought 'fck me, ive got to have this lad'.

How can you be accused or guilty of influencing a game when you are sat on the bench

Would`nt it be just fantastico if Paladini was some how caught up in this.

Once you`ve had black, you never go back !

Not really as the FA would probably dock us 50 points next season.

It should also be remembered that he wasn't even getting in the Carshalton team before he turned up at our gaff, the Carshalton fans were as amazed as everybody else.

My favourite part of those various sagas (Ukah, Armel, Pellicori, Alberti) was the bit when it turned out they were absolute dog turd after all so Paladini started feeding the usual suspects info that the player had left for some unnamed Italian club, and that we'd actually made a small profit on the deal. Then three months later somebody with some time on their hands would pop down and watch the reserves and said player would be out there.

This is the funniest things ive read in a long time, what a useless gimp!

I remember reading that his facebook profile pic (when we signed him was him with a fag hanging from his mouth). Wasnt a bent deal by the club was it???

I was there when.... Pelicori scored his only goal, still a favourite discussion with the boys! Exeter away.

Shouldn't take that long. Surely he'll just find himself up before the beak.

Rather unsurprisingly, Armel retired after being released by us.

Now runs a company importing rubber & plastics.

Don't forget the American goalkeeper, Pickens who we didn't need and ruined vines career in one fell swoop

In fairness, I think that keeper was at least a legitimate professional footballer, he was first choice for the Chicago MLS team at the time who didn't want to let him go.

Since then, he's gone back to the MLS and been a regular for another one of the teams there.
