It'll all go Titz up

We should nip in and get him while he's available.

Associated joke: Newcastle Utd have announced a club bra for female supporters: it has plenty of support but no cups.

Boom boom.

"Thank you for supporting Queens Park Rangers Steep Staircase"... and I thought I'd signed up for a rollercoaster.

I see Christian Titz is out of work, surely the German visionary we are looking for. Plus his name sounds like a religious gentlemans specialist interest publication

Who hasn’t wanted to be able to legitimately shout, ‘Come on Herr Titz!’ and not incur the wrath of some at a football ground?

Or when he hasn't emerged with the players we could sing 'Get Herr Titz out for the lads'

We do have history of appointing Titz as managers.

Arthur Cox and Alan Dicks of Derby and Bristol City respectively both suffered the same ignominious fate.

McIntyre has been spilling some tea this afternoon.

.... in "kind of" order of preference. "Still talking" to Sherwood despite reports ruling him out. Also says Gaz is not likely at the moment, Appleton's gig doesn't rule him out, and getting Jackett is "not straightforward" whether he gets promotion or not.

It goes without saying Sherwood is truly quite, quite insane if he expects to be in contention for any other future job higher than League Two (and even then it's arguable).

It's not even like there's anything he can leverage out of us by playing hardball. The restrictions are set in stone and all his mates are firmly ensconced. Unless he and Les are already working together to use these negotiations to solidify Les' position - but again, what more could Les really want either.

The only thing I can think of is he's maybe looking at Blackburn, who offered him the job before he became Spurs caretaker, but Mowbray's not been in danger and has picked up the form lately.

Or he's just bottling it and prefers to stay a pundit with delusions.

What the hell. Whoever we get will be wrong for the noisiest fans. Let’s get Batistuta and do it in style.

Strong and stable my arse.
