Theirs.

Andy Woolmer was meant to be refereeing it so we've had a right touch.

Maybe a blessing. Chance to hit the training ground and fully prepare for Wycombe and rest some weary legs.

Some very interesting thoughts from the Accrington chairman this morning - again coming back to the folly of starting this season without a firm call on what happens if we can't finish it...

Slaughter? I'm sure Konk will say that Fulham will make a game of it.

Wasn’t it the case in the early rounds of the FA Cup a team with positive COVID-19 tests had to forfeit the tie?

Fulham had the virus the other day so I wonder what will happen next week

If we can stay clean and keep drawing COVID-19 positive teams this could be our year!

Just to be clear - this could be our year to be involved in more than one FA Cup draw.

I feel a song coming out of this.
“Wemberly,Wemberly,
We’re the covid free Rangers
And we’re going to Wembley.”

I'll be surprised if the season will ever get properly finished, we're in high Covid infection Month and it's not gonna improve anytime soon, there'll be more postponements and you can't bully clubs into completing fixtures. (as was the case with Rotherham V Barnsley)

Don't want to sound despondent but they're you have it.

My Father had a profound influence on me, he was a lunatic.

I thought we were going to win it 7-1.

Or maybe 7-2.

Do we get the points?

The way it is going with cases going through the roof and EFL games being postponed can't see the season continuing and a pause will have to take place.

Lee Bowyer was on talksport yesterday morning saying that every player in the football league will be Covid tested on 4th January so we’ll know the full extent by mid next week.

It’s hard not to see a situation whereby the bulk of the FA Cup fixtures get cancelled as I suspect some clubs will genuinely have multiple positive tests and some of the bigger clubs might try to use any positive tests as an excuse to postpone games and take the break.

It probably makes sense just to scrap the FA Cup this season as the fixture congestion is going to be ridiculous.

No way are they going to scrap the FA when the League Cup went ahead

I would rather have got the Luton game out of the way now when they have no fans in the ground. By the time the game is rearranged they may have 2,000 in the ground giving them an advantage.

What we don't want is to now have a raft of games called off by our opponents getting infected and the Football League telling us that we have to play 5 rearranged games in the last week of the season so it finishes in time for the Euro's.

I will be amazed if crowds return this season.

I also suspect the Euros will be delayed again.

Suffering since 1978.

Did having 2,000 fans in the ground help us in both of the home game where it was allowed?
