I do like when he says that he wants the fans to come angry and disappointed. I am sure they can and stay that way into the evening tomorrow. I know what he meant but it is funny.
Otherwise, he's optimistic as always but also realistic. I like that he doesn't get too low or too high so let's just hope for one of those miracle QPR games tomorrow where armed with half a team, Jude the cat up front and perhaps a raffle for several season ticket holders to play as the holding midfield duo that we actually get an unlikely win out of this one. God we need it!
Very good interview. Understands the hole we are in and that we need to get out. I hope Stainrod's Elbow gets what he has to say about not only looking at the negatives but being balanced.
Finally, I really hope Marti's match day management reflects his comments in this interview with a good, positive starting XI and good substitutions which have positive effects.

I am sure Stained Pants will find a negative angle

Other than Chair no update on injuries…do we think Frey and Alfie will be fit?
When there’s no update like this, I imagine Varane injury is worse than they told us. Hopefully Edwards will move into midfield and please for the love of god, start Morrison

Great ready to be told about nuance etc and how you are a bully
Amazing - I haven't even spoken! Dial down the resentment, and try looking inwards rather than outwards. You might learn something about yourself! Alternatively, just go on with the puerile scapegoating if that's what you need to get by.
In the meantime, I hope Marti can dig himself out of the latest hole he's in, and his team can do likewise, but I don't see it happening today.

This is definitely not the gospel but heard Varane was out for the rest of the season too.
The same person got Field right but I hope to god this is just mixed info. But the lack of any mention of him , the longer it goes on , is a worry .

I don't rate Varane nearly as high as some on here, but it does seem that, without him and Field, we're like a team lazing on an Algarve beach in summer without sunblock. With its shorts pulled down at regular intervals.
Which, funnily enough, is where half of our lot look like they'd rather be right now.
I'm talking myself into a bad mood again, ably assisted by the usual backbiting suspects.

If correct, that leaves Colback and a rapidly tiring Morgan, as our only options. Only alternatives would be to use Edwards as a DM OR, radically, recall Tuck from his loan spell.

Would seem even more bonkers to let EDB go on loan so hopefully it’s just unporposeful mis- info

Well he was pretty much an ever present (I think?) in our good run and he’s been missing for last 2, not to mention derby away, Portsmouth home and Hull home. So just on results he’s a huge loss. Another reason I’d bring in Morrison, he’s got a great record when he plays.
