| How many injuries?! 17:18 - Jan 4 with 1943 views | Wilkinswatercarrier | I made it four injuries in the game today that resulted in substitution; Burrell, Varane, Poku and if u include Morrison in the warm up. When was the last time that happened? | |

| How many injuries?! on 19:00 - Jan 4 with 1657 views | FDC | It's testament to the deeper squad this year that we at least have some reasonable cover for each of those, but it is alarming. I haven't seen any of the first half, can they be attributed to the state of the pitch do we think? The Poku one is really frustrating. At the start of the season he was the player that I was most excited about seeing, but you wonder whether we're going to see what he's about at all this season. | | | |
| How many injuries?! on 19:07 - Jan 4 with 1605 views | HammersmithR | We all said the same after the game. The pitch has surely had an impact on all our injuries today. The pitch is getting worse. What are we doing differently to it this year compared to previous years? There are non league grounds with better pitches than ours. We need some kind of statement from the club to explain what has happened with our pitch and how it will be rectified moving forward. | | | |

There is a certain irony in all these injuries meaning the club need to finally turn to Kolli, especially if he delivers, like today.

| How many injuries?! on 20:13 - Jan 4 with 1229 views | Dorse | In answer to the OP's question, the last time it happened was in 1924 when Quentin Bumjoy went down with hair strain, Herbert Naked-Molerat was subbed due to uranium poisoning from Dr Phineas O'Grady's patented health tonic, Ray Jinghorn caught typhoid from the club tea urn and Lazarus Dungtrouser was deported to Matabeleland to face historic charges of outraging the wildlife. Actually, upon reflection, I don't think that last one counts. | |

Yep, just saw the interview. Crazy to pick up 4 injuries in one game, especially when you consider the loading isn’t high for those 4. Varane and Burell have played a lot of minutes but have had far less over Christmas. Fingers crossed they are twinges rather than the tear off the bone injuries we seem to pick up!

That was the game when Albert fuzzylocks Bunny turned on a Florin and shot at goal, sadly it was our goal his brain was never quite the same since he left the flying corps

He jarred it into the ground as he put a tackle in. Hope just an impact injury.
