Idah and Stewart are both big buggers to give us an outlet when we need one, but otherwise I'm beginning to think that we'll see a WBA style three rapid forward lineup more often.

Vipotnik shoukd go now, although these things are all amortised aside an agreed fee up front the Swans should bank around 33M

Yes, it looks like we can start the season with a pretty good Championship side despite the moves, we know we can operate without Galbraith. Of those coming in it's very early to judge but it looks like Opoku, Just and Lissah have the necessary attributes. |  |

The way the step is these days nobody is ready, the jump is too big anyone getting promoted needs to change around 6-9 of their starting 11 it’s just the way it is now teams going up spend 100’s of millions just to hope at a 17th placed finish it’s crazy | |

I think if you make too many additions there is a danger of the team not gelling quickly enough and the season is half over with before you know it .
We have to get the new guys up and running quickly and on the same page . Brum made many changes before last season after winning L1 . Many were saying they would get promoted easily . The fact was a few of the additions really struggled like Fujimoto . The championship is a very unforgiving league and very physical. Cov probably did the right thing in buying proven championship performers and proven L1 Stars .
Having said that Iam excited to see how things will go but under no illusions as to the task ahead.
Brum on Saturday will be a tough nut to crack as I think they will have learned much from last season and their " newcomers " will have had a full season under their belts. A strong physical side who like to impose themselves .
Stoke away is a side who like to get the ball out wide quickly and attack the flanks so we will have to be alert and keep the back door shut . If we can keep them goal less as long as possible then we can get something.
Sheff UTD, are another strong physical side who will be visiting soon .Wilder has been drilling them hard especially Tyreece Campbell who has been having double daily sessions in a bid to get more pressing and quick forward runs from him. I agree that this upcoming season is going to be tough for Swans to make the playoffs. You've got the three relegated sides, WHAM, Wolves, and Burnley, with all 3 in contention (imo) at the top of the Championship.
You also have as you mentioned Brum & Sheff U. Don't know if Stoke will be up there but they've always given Swans problems. Maybe Team Hollywood (Wrexham) who nearly made the playoffs last year, Middlesbrough who made it due to Southampton's spygate affair. Derby?
Then, if Swans were to somehow get promoted, then how prepared are they to stay up beyond the first year, is a great question posed by OJumpingJack! | | | |

I think that any club promoted this season will have the basis of a side capable of surviving in the Premier League. The Championship looks a lot tougher this year than last. | | | |
