You could apply the same rules for a senior member of staff calling the coach at the time all the names under the sun as well though while fans were nearby [Post edited 6 Nov 9:24]

They seem to be acting like a bunch of kids , Stan Bowles and Adel would never have got a game under the current regime....its totally weird imo

I retract what I said earlier today. Bennie over Kolli is laughable. Play the lad. Ben Williams got a lot to answer for.

It looks extremely childish to be freezing a talented prospect out and dare I say it makes Stephan look weak as he is clearly being told what to do by Nourry.

| Kolli on 14:02 - Nov 4 by BazzaInTheLoft | To be clear this is a joke. The (alleged) truth is, he wasn't happy with a (quite crucial) aspect of the training / fitness schedule and was told 'to fck off' and that 'he wasn't wanted any more as they had signed Koki' in front of the entire squad and staff apparently. Or, perhaps they just think Frey is more mobile and can do 46 games this season. |
Heard similar with slight variance last night He queried why he wasn’t playing and everyone’s favourite fitness coach said they’d identified an issue with his “conditioning” and they thought he was carrying an injury so being withdrawn from playing. This didn’t go down well with the young man who got, shall we say passionate, and everyone’s favourite fitness coach stoked the fire in front of the whole squad. You guess who is going to win that one…. Talented youngster who’s been at the club for years or egotistical best mate of a bigger egotistical fella at the top of the tree? It does sound to me that the club has become a circus again in the background with certain people hugely disliked and squad harmony not what it should be. I blame JS a bit for this as, if all true, then exposes his weakness again. It’s on him to have discipline and togetherness in the squad and he’s being played for a patsy if he believes certain players aren’t to be selected due to “conditioning” and injuries the club perceives. This may of course all be bollox and false whispers - maybe the real issue is that Rayan is using too much conditioner in the showers due to his fantastic barnet and it’s a cost saving measure by the club?

most of the players know where the goal is , issue is getting them to actauly shoot the ball in the close vacintiy to it ,

hes always been told what to do by nourry , why else do you think he got the job ? do you honestly think it was his idea to bring in esqedina on sat after him not playing for how many weeks ? im sure nourry will be gewtting a very long worded press release ready about the project and how we are ehad of the curve so far and lot more words nobody will understand or read due to falling asleep after the first paragraph ! I massively disagree with this. Stan Bowles and Adel are exactly the sort of signings this regime would make. * Promising player from the lower league, with a difficult to manage reputation? * Released from a Premier League academy? I don't see the current CEO allowing Adel as much slack as Warnock gave him, and there is no way a player like Stan would be going straight to Rueben to ask for a wage advance! I think what might be more accurate is that we won't be seeing a manager like Warnock who has this much control under the current regime
| Kolli on 10:03 - Nov 6 with 1689 views | gazza1 | There are two reasons why Kolli was not involved last night...... 1 - He is not deemed good enough 2 - There are issues outside of the football arena Choose whatever one you want but maybe it is both of them..... | | | |

Is it JS fault, given both he and the fella in question are peers who report to the same person?? Like you, I like it when JS shows some backbone and takes contron (see the week after Coventry), but, at the same time, he has to strike a balance unless he wants to get himself the sack. Surely accountability sits at the top? This story has come from so many different sources there has to be truth to it. All I’ll say is the incident happened in that week after Coventry, before Charlton. And the phrase I was told was used in front of the squad was “well, it doesn’t matter anyway (the argument) because you won’t play anymore now Koki’s back.” One of the other players had to console Kolli after the other fella stormed off. Even if Kolli was in the wrong, even his Dad’s social media activity is unhelpful, you should not be saying that to a young talent for so many reasons. He’s an asset. He has value. He has potential. You have squad morale to consider. There is simply no justification for saying it in public. It will just lead to even less respect from the rest of the squad for him…and that’s already pretty non-existent anyway from what I’ve heard. [Post edited 6 Nov 10:38]

Shocked if Williams said that tbh Hunter but I just do not know with this set of senior background staff......JS should have spoken to Kolli & Williams if it did happen - JS needs to be stronger.

I'm happy to set up a go fund me page for his legal expenses but think he will be a shoo in for impaired judgement as he is a QPR supporter.

No point typing out again the whole background, but yes, Kolli is done at the club, there is *a lot* more gone on behind the scenes that really cannot be posted online and no, neither party is blameless.. Kolli Sr has been extremely naive posting online about goings on, albeit on private social media accounts that weird parasocial fans have ‘friended’ him on, but ultimately the way certain club leadership have acted towards them - and continue to act - has been disgraceful and stems, as so frequently right now at QPR, from bruised ego. Saddest part is that Kolli wants to be here, is by all accounts a good kid and he is popular with the rest of the squad so, again as is routine now at QPR, it’s cutting off your nose to spite your face.
