Carrying on as Match Thread Op - "winners stays on", after good result but not so great performance against Sheff Weds.
Got a feeling, we will be heading for our usual defeat in the cup, and with four key players injured, am guessing it wont be a top team at all selected. And think West Ham will play a top side as a defeat here and i think Nuno loses his job.
Hopefully Mr Ronnie is at least in the squad also.
It's times like this that I hate my natural pessimism to all things QPR. We should be excited, I should be on the way to the London Stadium, but I gave up on the FA Cup after a limp exit to Sheff Utd at home about 10 years ago only to be dragged in this time last year where we played a poor premier league team on a run of not scoring over 8 home games and we know how that ended.
Not just that - the game at the King Power never should have gone ahead, it was freezing, I had the wrong footwear on as I was travelling home after a work trip and it was downright dangerous with water dripping from the roof only to refreeze on contact with the floor. I left after 60 odd minutes when the 6th went in - not left so early ever before.
Of course we lost, in fact we got what we deserved - a shocking performance and an utter stuffing.
That was it for me.
I just hope today is different, but I doubt it. This club has taken us here again and again and again...

I've predicted a comfortable West Ham win, but I just hope we actually turn up.
Not sure I want to read on here the meltdown some are invariably going to have else.
Depends on the nature of the loss. Losing to a moneyed Premier League team (til the end of the season, admittedly) is one thing, but not showing up and barking for every ball is another.
I just hope we don't disgrace ourselves and give the 9-14 thousand Rangers something to cheer
Shit but local

hate to say it but I can't see anything other than an early west ham goal and a comfortable beating.
the gap between non-parachute championship teams with premier league ones has never been wider. west ham to have a break from their league struggles like burnley and wolves did yesterday.
4-1

Sending best wishes to all the Rfosi making the schlep to the Bowl.
Had pics coming in from friends en route; very envious (well, pre-KO at least!). For the many of us far flung Rfosi tuning in from wherever we are on the Planet, it's times like this you feel a tad homesick.
So, I just hope we don't just toss it off and that we name as strong a side as we can, and bloody go all out. This lot have put us through the mangle of late, we deserve to see them show some respect back.
C'mon the Rangers!!

Me , L block, Paul parker, Jody and the frankie knuckles crew in forest gate nick around 8pm tommorow night after celebrating a 3-1 win and a 12 pint blow out at the home of world cup winners west Ham and Sir Trevor brooking.
L blocks the one slicing the garlic with a razor blade..
West Ham fans losing their shit because they've picked a back 5 against us. To be honest, doesn't look too far off their Prem team but I don't watch them often!

Pretty much the best available starting as Stephan said but Walsh thrown in is really risky.
Field and Smyth would be in my best XI.
Struggle with the logic of picking Hayden over Field when the latter is under contract for 4 years on a high salary (coupled with everything he’s given the club over the last 3-4 seasons), whereas the former is on a short term deal and is about 5 years older…unless of course they are trying to freeze Field out.

Y'know, it's not all about winning, but it's very much about turning up.
If it was about winning then I would have supported Chelsite or Liverpool or Man Utd as growing up
It is about my club giving a fcuk about cup games, which they haven't for the last 20 odd years..........
I have slepped my way to Peterborough, Fleetwood and last year Leicester to see abject sh!ite, and I won't do it again until they start giving a fcuk about cup games, and about us idiots that go
so please do not tell me "it is all about winning" you condescending tvvat
