Very happy we got the win , stuck at it after going 1 down .

Well done to the 1463 other R's that travelled , nice not to be surrounded by gloryhunters who are long gone for this season at least.

U'RRRS !

Well done for going, but there's no need for that sort of comment, imo.

If you have been going to Rangers for almost 60’years , buy your season ticket every year but only get to 1 or two away games a year are you a glory hunter ? … asking for a friend

Supporting QPR is already a life choice of questionable wisdom, but to do so as a glory hunter would be unfathomable.

Considering what we have had to put up with the last 12 years, with little to no joy following this club whatsoever, we should be celebrating the high away and home attendances we continue to secure, not berating it.

Come on, we all know the ones he means. The people who are happy to show up for the big games – the 5-0 away at Southampton, trying to get to Stoke when the trains are down. But the minute you give them a comfortable away win on a Saturday afternoon with no transport problems, they just disappear.

I don't think the OP was meaning to be offensive to QPR supporters, might just be taken out of context?

Good win away from home, lets just enjoy the three points won today that gives us a bit of breathing space from the bottom three.

Nonsense post .
Having a go at football fans going to watch their team .
If they go to every game or go once a season, it doesn’t really matter does it ?
We are all QPR fans at the end of the day .

Hate this childish stuff .

Gloryhunters?

Ok

My dad took me in 1966 and got my first season ticket in 66/67 so the OP has got me bang to rights on this one.

They'd have to be the worst ever at glory hunting.

I’ve always considered myself a glory hunter, if qpr had not won the league cup I’d be a Fulham fan or worse

captains fantastic

Disgraceful comment, there is no hierarchy of fans. There are no fans 'better' than others. Whether you have the record for the most consecutive games attended or you live in Tuvalu and follow us online because you like the name, you're a fan. Simple as that

I think I have this glory hunting thing all wrong... my last 3 games I attended were Southampton Sheff Utd and Middlesbrough.... I mugged off Hull and This one... so I haven't seen us win since Coventry

Yes it is so rewarding following us....

I don't think we have to be quite so Drama Queens Park Rangers about this.

Last time QPR went to Leicester in the FA Cup in 2025 we took 5k fans.

This time we took 1500.

It's a valid wind-up from the OP. Don't be so precious. Though, given the size of QPR's average away following, 1500 is some several hundred higher than is typical so imagine there were some 'glory' hunters in there. Including perhaps the OP. Good on 'em. They finally enjoyed some glory.

(I've been to Leicester away several times, but couldn't go yesterday. Spent the entire afternoon at a family do filled with increasing FOMO. Today, just happy.)

Exactly.

A fairly recent post read something like."After that performance that's me finished for the season". I think the OP's target, if any, would be those who drop their level of support when, from the fans' point of view the going gets tough.

All those that did attend or watch were well rewarded. Well done the attendees!

There's no drama, when I was about 20 and able to go to every game because I had no responsibilities I used to think exactly the same. I wrote on the QPR list that I was happy the 4-4 Port Vale happened in front of the loyalists rather than "mini gloryhunters" who turned up when we won 3 games in a row.

Got slaughtered. Rightly.

Just thought it was a bit unnecessary last night when lots of people who would normally have gone had decided not to because of how poor we have been.

It was a bit unnecessary, agreed, but it was also clearly a wind-up.

There is no glory supporting QPR and not right to be critical of those who pick and choose which away games to attend. It might be for convenience, affordability or indeed availability on those days.

You might be refering to me who said I've had enough but that Birmingham game has broken me so anyone who went to Birmingham and then went back for more at Leicester deserves a medal and I'm glad they got rewarded .

I've had enough though and taking a self imposed break for a few weeks . The club doesn't deserve my support so if some anonymous person on a message board thinks I'm a " glory hunter " then so be it 🤷😂
