Looks like a lot of regular attendees have missed out: I assume a large number of people are going who probably last went to a QPR game at Wembley in 2014…… |
But about 7500 were sold to those with at least 100 loyalty points, so not sure that is fair.

Always makes me laugh when i Remember the 4-0 at upton park. 1993, sir les done the west ham centre back colin foster for the 4th, like Pietro Mennea on the shoulder of Alan Wells on the bend of the 200 meter Moscow 1980 olympic final. Foster must have had a 10 meter start.
I was in the North bank deep undercover like Kim Philby surrounded by Tony tucker and pate tate epping forest country club bongo bashers in windcheaters.

Yeah, they only gave us a few hundred tickets for the away bit cause they were redeveloping the south bank.
I was I the north bank too as we tore them a new one. I had to join in their insulting Les just to hide my laughter. Somehow I managed to stay alive after a 4-0 demolition.
Stayed back in the terrace after the game and met loads of other Rangers in there including my brother and his the woman, who had never been to a football game before and apparently cheered every time we scored! They were both in one piece so must have been an lsd trip in Queen Street.
Got pissed in Hammersmith afterwards and got a slap in the face from an ex who thought I was t wat.

They’ve misjudged it which I think is understandable given nobody would have thought it would sell at the rate it did. In hindsight they could have done the usual sort of price brackets for the games with higher demand but suspect staff levels at the Box Office next week will be minimal so wanted it mostly done today. |

They put us all on a train at Upton Park and ran it right through the East End to Tower Hill. Given the amount of Hammers waiting on every platform . None of us minded . They had fans in the East End back then.
