I don't know what people's individual track record of being ITK is but most of the time I see people saying stuff it turns out to be not true so I kind of judge social media as a whole and the success rate is low. Also, I don't understand the obsession about wanting to be ITK or pretending to be. I don't see this in Nourry. The CEO appointment I can kind of get my head around with his previous, but limited, experience. Like Beale I can see him talking the talk.
The Director of Football role is the one I struggle with, seemingly thrown in as bonus to the CEO job, Christian has about zero experience here. Despite the inexperience he seems to have thrown himself in to this role strutting around the training ground wearing his initialled training gear. WTF.
So, I envisage Christian chatting with potential signings, over a cuppa, at the training ground, talking football, styles of play and of course the project. |  | | |
